Winch Arrival

The Winch arrived, safe and sound. They weren’t kidding, it’s
quite heavy. It still has the factory wire rope installed. I am not
sure if I’ll swap it out for synthetic or not, I plan to run
synthetic on the Husky 10 I am going to replace this one with, but
I’m not sure it’s worth it in the meantime.
Victoria volunteered to POR-15 the seams and scratches I made doing
the metalwork last night (she’s so awesome!), so with that done it’s
totally ready to have the new bumper and lights installed. I ordered
the light fixtures and trim panel today and they’ll be in next week.
With the repairs almost complete it’s time to start thinking about
fun! I see a KS rocks trip in my near future, probably in early Jan.
Then it’s a probably-black-ice-laden-trip up to mpls to visit Ben.
