We’ve been having problems recently with out Colorado. The GPS will “freeze up” in terms of updating the positioning, even though the user-interface and magnetic compass continue to work fine. I got a little lost the other day in the woods because it wasn’t immediately clear to me this was happening – the GPS pointer seemed like it was moving a little, but not the correct amount.

I ran the web updater and sure enough there was a “GPS Chipset” update, which seems to be a flash for the GPS radio. We’ll see if that helps.
