Packing

The furniture is starting to disappear into other people’s hands, although not as quickly as we’d like. It’s not surprising to me that the stuff that sold the quickest (immediately) and still held some value were tools and tool-related things, the air compressor and my tool chest. I maintain that tools always hold value, and in all other things, you pay.
Also we’re starting to make a trailer sized pile in one corner of the apartment that I roughly measured off to be trailer-sized. Originally I had heard this rumor that U-Haul wouldn’t rent trailers to Wranglers, but that’s been adjusted to they only don’t rent trailers to soft-top Wranglers. I actually haven’t called them yet but it doesn’t matter, either they will rent me a little box trailer or I’ll go to Tractor Supply or Lowes or something and buy a flat bed then sell it on the other end. I do need to see about buying a hitch and trailer wiring harness this Saturday.
