Fish & Chips

We’ve sort of informally been trying to find the best Fish & Chips in the greater Seattle area. Tonight it was the Alki Crab & Fish Co (N47.589359° W122.380579°). Good fish and chips and great views. The weather was just turning cold and rainy (we got a light but fast moving storm this evening) so it was hard to ask for more.
My favorite is the halibut fish and chips from Brouwer’s. Not exactly classic style though.

It’s not the greatest place otherwise, but I think the F&C at Pyramid is my favorite. The batter is less like the usual stuff and more like tempura. Zawesome.
You, sire, are looking for the fish at the Pacific Inn on Stone way in Fremont. And it ain’t close.
