Ducati S2R Brakes

The Duc was grinding the rear brakes by Sunday, so I dropped it off at the shop and picked up some pads on Tuesday from east-side. Didn’t manage to get them in until tonight. The Brembo calipers are simple and well thought out, although I had to bang my pin out (yes I removed the collet first). I was able to get the caliper off and the pads changed without removing the wheel.
I rode it home and it was like being free.
You’re supposed to change the pads out before they get to the metal, you know.
That’s what my rotor said.
