Man, We Rode the Hell Out of Today
Jun 5th, 2010 by Victoria Leigh

Steve is in town visiting. His primary goal for his time in Seattle was to enjoy a motorcycle ride with friends while he is here. With that, we climbed on the bikes around 10 am this morning and headed out. The monsoon rains of yesterday evening had cleared out as promised and we had a day full of blue skies, fluffy clouds, and 60-70 degree weather. It was pretty much perfect the entire day. We rode out to Roslyn for lunch and headed out Canyon Road. We had options at this point and decided to head west via 12, around the south side of Mt. Rainier, and home. We had a ride full of varied scenery including mountain passes, desert canyons, and mountain lakes. In the end we put 348 miles under our belts.
Not just a motorcycle ride, but a motorcycle ride with friends!
