My new-to-me 2007 Ninja 250! (Early birthday present) I successfully rode laps around my apartment complex in 1st gear today.

Thanks! I managed to get it out on the roads today, which was highly ‘exciting’ to say the least. I am still figuring it all out, but riding as often as I can for practice/comfort is the plan. Steve, give me a little time to practice, then we can all ride together.
