CB750 Case Cracked

Cracked the case. Everything in the engine looks clean and a-ok. Ultimately the problem with the engine turned out to be the #3 piston and cylinder. Got the stubborn bolt off. I whacked the valves to unstick them, put a ratchet on the alternator bolt, and gave it a couple of sharp whacks, and the engine unstuck. This let me rotate the bolt to where I could get to it. Pulled the rockers and cams off uneventfully. 4 of the head [...]
